Want to know More about the Jimny?
The Suzuki Jimny is a small but impressively capable 4x4, designed to handle off-road challenges that many compact SUVs would avoid. The current fourth-generation model launched in 2018, following the previous version, which had been a familiar presence on UK roads since 1998.
Its remarkable lifespan places it among the longest-lasting models in modern automotive history—a true reflection of Suzuki’s successful formula for building tough, go-anywhere vehicles.

Hugely Capable Off Road!
Hugely Capable Off Road!
The Jimny’s standout off-road performance is thanks to its generous ground clearance, compact overhangs, lightweight design, and solid traction. Even with standard road tyres, it holds the terrain impressively well. Adding to its capability is Suzuki’s ALLGRIP Pro 4WD system, which includes a low-range transfer gear for extra torque and grip — perfect for taking on steep climbs with ease.
A major contributor to the Jimny’s strong traction is its brake LSD system, which intelligently applies braking to slipping wheels, redirecting power to those with more grip. It’s a clever and affordable solution that fits perfectly with the Jimny’s lightweight, budget-conscious, and modestly powered 4x4 design.

This small but adventure-hungry vehicle puts off-road performance front and centre, standing as a compelling alternative to bigger, more polished SUVs. Compact in size but full of character, it’s genuinely fun to drive.
