The villa features three bedrooms and two bathrooms with an open-plan design. Each room in this property has been perfectly styled, with all offering direct access to the pool. All the rooms feature ample storage and TVs and the master bedroom even has an ensuite.
Inside you will find an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Fully equipped with all necessary appliances with plenty of storage space and finished with a contemporary and modern design. The dining table seats 6 people, while the middle kitchen island seats 2. Also included in the lounge area is a corner sofa which on looks a large flat screen TV.
Outside, you'll find a large pool for the whole family, a seating area, and a dining table and chairs. The garden is the highlight of this property, featuring palm trees, umbrellas, loungers, and a 7x3 metre swimming pool. We've also added a pergola, perfect for BBQ evenings.
Located just outside Murcia, this luxury villa boasts great shopping options, delicious food, and loads of activities for everyone.
