This is an expansive, contemporary space with full pool and terrace access, loads of natural light and a beautiful interior finish for our winner. The living area is styled with Tiffany blue furniture and furnishings, while the kitchen is a modern white with touches of natural wood & black. As usual, all our electrical appliances and every detail down to the knives, forks and crockery have been included. Outside we have a large, private family pool and terrace area. Itâ€™s been landscaped with lights for evening as well as daytime use and has plenty of space for children to play or adults to relax and have fun. Weâ€™ve also included generous dining and bbq area here too, and our winners ca choose to dine in the sunshine or the shade as they wish.

Main Living: A huge open plan area as you enter via the front door complete with living area, kitchen and dining area. Kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, electric cooker and oven. There is also a downstairs bathroom complete with shower and double patio-doors at the rear of the room leading to the BBQ and swimming pool area.

IN THE DRIVEWAY: The driveway is home to the 2022 Jeep Renegade, which is another element to this prize, along with a tax-free Â£50,000 cash bonus for our winner to spend however they wish. Location: Our property is situated just 30 minutes from Faro airport, and 15minutes from the bustling holiday town of Albufeira, with Villamoura & Val do Lobo just down the coast. The Algarve is full of sandy beaches with natural dunes and the fresh ocean waves of the Atlantic, plus a vast array of award-winning golf courses and plenty of shopping, culture, theme parks for the kids - and year round sunshine for everyone. Taxis run 24/7 and there is a nearby supermarket within a short walking distance of the property. Nearby attractions include Zoo Marine, Slide & Splash, Villa Maura, various vineyards and beaches and also the opportunity to take up golf, surfing or parachuting.
