Nestled in the heart of the 5 star, luxury Mar Menor golf resort, our winnerâ€™s two-bedroom apartment is a stunning example of how to holiday, with lateral living plus maximum light and space as central elements to the design. With views over the lake and the par 72, 18 hole golf course as well as to the majestic mountains beyond, both the living and master bedroom areas open out onto a super spacious and private terrace area with dining and sun lounger space a-plenty! This could be ideal for a family, a couple, golfers and/or an investment opportunity â€“ the world is your oyster!

Main Living: In the living room the key feature is the five seater brushed leather sofa which looks onto a massive 50â€ flat screen TV (and remember wifi for your TV connection is included also) Our in-house interior design team has taken a considered approach to neutral styling; leaving plenty of room for our winner to add their own personal touches should they choose. This apartment is completely turn-key and ready for our winner to move in as quickly as they like once their name has been drawn.

Twin Bedroom: In our guest or family bedroom, weâ€™ve styled the bedroom with twin beds, however these can be adapted into one king sized bed for couples. The room also includes a spacious sliding wardrobe with lots of storage space - plenty of room for some golf clubs or tennis rackets in there too! Master Bedroom: the Master Bedroom and en suite, bright light is a key feature, with floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening onto the generous terrace area. The room includes a king sized bed. As usual, there is a flat-screen TV included and a generous sliding wardrobe space. In the ensuite there is a bath with shower and bidet as well as double basin and loo.

Bathroom: The main bathroom is functional, practical and pretty - with toilet, basin and shower as well as a generous mirrored storage unit for all your pampering or grooming needs. Kitchen: Fitted with brand new units in a modern, light slate grey colour and complemented with stainless steel handles and a generous breakfast bar. Thereâ€™s plenty of storage space for food and utensils and, as usual, a full selection of brand new, modern electrical appliances are also included.
